Are there any guarantees and, if so, what are they?
Assuming that there are no mental or physical disabilities that would prevent someone from succeeding, we at CGM Consultants have proven that anyone who elects to and desires to succeed in the sales or management field can acquire the knowledge to be successful. We guarantee that anyone who follows the Career Growth Training process regardless of background will increase productivity.

Do we provide upgrade training?
If your question refers to “upgrade training” to assist and prepare individuals for management or to improve planning, organizing and leadership qualities, etc., this advanced training is available. We at CGM Consultants will do everything possible to insure that every individual attending any of our training programs succeeds.

How long are the training sessions? How long will it take for the entire company to be trained?
All of our training programs require various time elements for training. For example the Career Growth Sales Training program requires approximately 2 ½ to 3 days time for training. The management training program can range from one 1/2 day to one week depending on topics covered. In order to determine how long it would take to train an entire company would require considerations that need to be discussed and are yet unknown. The length of time it would take to train the entire company would depend on how many people will be trained, where the training will take place, when training is to be done and how the training will be conducted. Reflecting the clients industry could also lengthen the time element. We can, however, provide an estimate of how long it will take once we have determined the clients training requirements.

Can you provide data on the success of the training?

Can you develop a specific Training Program for our Company?
Yes. Since CGM Consultants owns the copyrights to all of its programs, it has the flexibility of creating and licensing any of our training programs re-written specifically to reflect a specific company. All re-created manuals could be used as your organization’s property; however, the rights of ownership to the copyright material would always remain the property of CGM Consultants, which in turn would be licensed to your organization for a minimal annual fee. In addition, CGM Consultants has the ability to assist your organization in creating educational materials such as product knowledge, promotional and marketing campaigns in which case would be owned completely by your organization.

Do you do all of your training inside a company or can a company buy the products and materials and do the training themselves?
This option is available. We do "showcase" or open training where people from various organizations come together for classes. If a company wants to use their own trainers, we will can certify them and then license the CGM training programs to you.

Can the training be tailored to the market?
All of the training provided to your employees and staff can be tailored to company’s market and competitors. This could be accomplished under a custom training arrangement.

With so many different training programs available, what makes yours unique?
CGM Consultants training is unique in that you can actually take it from the classroom directly to the field. We are successful in accomplishing this because we teach each individual participant to succeed in his or her own unique way. CGM considers everyone a unique individual and will assist the individual to maximize his/her innate potential, releasing the individual’s productivity and creativity. We help individuals succeed within themselves out in the field, in inter-office interaction, and in supervisor and subordinate relationships. It is a complete training program that provides a personal road map to the foundation for the individual to succeed regardless of the area of focus. We have been told that, “We re-engineer people”

How is the training/consulting programs provided by your company different than others?
We take a "nuts and bolts" approach focusing on the individual on both the training and consulting. With over 25 years of experience, quick fixes, magic bullets or the current method of the month do not impress us because these rarely produce long-term results. CGM embraces solid, proven management practices that can be measured against the goals of the organization such as increased order rates. Or, it can be measured in specific terms that show a contribution to the success of the organization. CGM can incorporate these beliefs into the products and services we provide.

How can you justify the cost of your classes, for instance, the Effective Personal Productivity class at $1,250 a person?
Cost has always been relative to the value as perceived by the customer. For example If a company has a sales employee with a $30,000 annual salary with an increase of 5% in productivity then the company would enjoy 1.4 to 1 return on investment before benefits and other related employment costs. The lowest average increase in individual productivity per a reference letter was 32% in revenues 27% increase in closing and a 25% increase in new business calls at AT&T. Few businesses would turn down 2 to 3 percent, let alone a 25 to 32 percent, especially when the productivity gain is expected to continue for years. After the training is complete is there follow-up and on-going training?
CGM Consultants can provide follow-up and on-going training assuming client’s desire to such a service be provided. It is our intent to develop a long and lasting partnership with a few companies and not the masses hopefully fulfilling most of a client's training needs.
