MANAGEMENT CONSULTING/TRAINING SERVICES DIVISION - Our Management Consulting and Training Services Division provides a wide array of general management consulting services to both the Government and commercial sectors including leadership, management, management processes, and optimization of management resources including operations, marketing and sales.  CGM is also experienced providing organizational behavior and human resource services including culture changes, re-structuring, re-organization, and employee personal motivation.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DIVISION - Our Environmental Services Division encompasses the full spectrum of environmental engineering from phase I analyses to identification of environmental liabilities and managing and minimizing risk.  CGM’s staff of highly trained professionals includes registered engineers, geologists, and environmental scientists which provide consulting services to a wide range of clients that include the oil and gas industry, chemical plants, real estate developers, commercial property owners as well as local and federal government agencies.

IT SERVICES DIVISION - Our Information Technology (IT) Services Division encompasses the full spectrum of system engineering from requirements definition through system design and development, acquisition, implementation, operations and maintenance. CGM specializes in providing IT Solutions and Support services to both the Government and commercial sectors, beginning from the research and development (R&D) stage to full-scale development (FSD) support, to include design engineers, software engineers, systems analysts, logistics, network engineers, and program managers.

MEDICAL SERVICES DIVISION – Our Medical Services Division was established in 1996. The division has grown quickly and has acquired large projects for various Federal and District of Columbia government agencies. Our professionals are highly experienced in investigative techniques, documentation and report writing. We have had to routinely provide reports to the U.S. Department of Health, and U.S. Department of Army. CGM has developed educational and retention  programs, and also has participated in the development, review and implementation of policies, procedures and protocols of recruiting and managing medical service personnel.

FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING – Our Financial and accounting division was one of the first to be established in 1992 with a current impressive clients and services. In this division, CGM offers a complete range of financial and accounting management services provided to assist clients with design, implementation, integration and operation of fully integrated financial reporting and management systems. Including: financial systems analysis, financial planning, asset management, financial due diligence, and financial management planning.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION – Our Facilities Management Division was established in1998 with a current impressive portfolio of a diversified clientele in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Over the past 9 years, CGM has implemented progressive processes that allowed the firm to achieve the goal of providing  Facilities Management and Maintenance services to large scale.
