Discovery

Before analyzing any component of a project, CGM focuses its efforts on a discovery process that allows us to transcend and understand a client’s vision of a project. This insures that no stone is left unturned or potential issues are left unconsidered. It also allows CGM to view a project from a client’s prospective but with our professional staffs input thus insuring the maximum project management productivity and efficiency.

Analysis

CGM, along with clients’ management staff, analyzes prospective needs to determine project completion. Our professional staff will review current methods of aiding management in their decision-making processes. Our expert staff will examine and re-evaluate existing programs and processes for quality and efficiency. This would include every step of the process to ensure the best value vs. investment return. If requested, CGM would also evaluate current training programs to ensure instructional value and effectiveness for future success of incorporated processes.

Design

Once CGM and client’s management agree on identified needs, CGM will work with the client’s company staff to re-design programs/processes; including the new program procedural architecture. We would then help client revise current programs, based on jointly agreed changes to make program and processes more effective. At client’s request, all newly designed programs can incorporate various types of instructional methods to ensure desired levels of employee skill, comprehension, and performance.

Development

Regarding the development or re-development of the client’s programs, CGM offers its’ clients complete flexibility dependent on their needs or desires by either developing programs that are client specific or programs that are already created and field proven to work. This flexibility minimizes the time required for implementation, thus increasing the quality and effectiveness of a client’s resources immediately. Regardless of option selected, CGM knows and understands the importance of the effective programs and will not undermine quality in order to meet clients’ deadlines.

Implementation

CGM stands ready, willing, and able to implement programs and processes at the client’s site where they should be tested and not under controlled environments where misperceptions can arise. CGM can also assist the client in addressing the specific needs of the organizational staff through performance based training. Instructor led sessions, videotaping, role playing, and both group and individual discussions insure the desired results.

Evaluation

CGM continually evaluates all created, re-designed, or implemented programs and processes for applicability and desired impact. It is important to CGM that clients be completely satisfied. We accomplish this by conducting need assessments vs. task analysis at various points to ensure the integrity of the programs and processes are maintained. (This service is available upon request.)
